Stone Cold Steve Austin Discusses WrestleMania 38 Clash with Kevin Owens
WWE Hall of Famer as well as multiple-time WWE champion Stone Cold Steve Austin has thought about the events of his WrestleMania 38 match against Kevin Owens.
On WWE WrestleMania 38, Stone Cold Steve Austin made his return to the ring for the first time in almost two decades, to beat Kevin Owens in a No Holds Barred main event.
This event was greeted with plenty of praise and positive feedback for the great performance Austin did despite the long break from this squared-circle.
Talking to Marc Raimondi of ESPN, Stone Cold Steve Austin revealed that he seen the game again and is confident that he could make improvements on the game. He added:
“I analyzed what I did and I am confident that I can improve the things I did.”
“I told myself I would never be another ring until everything aligned. Somehow it happened that they did. When I was 57 years old, I hosted the opening show of WrestleMania.”
“I did not think I would accomplish that. If you’d said that I would have was retired in [2003] I’d say “You’re insane. ‘”
“So I’m not gonna stand there and refuse to do everything because you’ve never said “never” in the crazy business of entertainment for sports.”
He admitted how much he enjoys the business of pro-wrestling and recognizing the addiction of adrenaline-induced excitement that is to wrestle, Austin said:
“I enjoy the business of sports entertainment more than anything I’ve done in my entire life.”
“You receive a small dose of it and need more. This is me talking to you a couple of years later about trying it once more, because that’s the way it feels to me. I just want to discuss it. I am exuberant, and I’ll soon be talking quickly.”
“But it’s not going to take place. However, it could happen.”
Stone Cold Steve Austin recently spoke about the potential CM Punk dream match.
