TNA Wrestling Unveils Clip of WWE Star Becky Lynch in Knockouts Division
In a recent revelation, Becky Lynch, famed WWE star, disclosed during her appearance on MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani that she had contemplated joining TNA Wrestling before eventually signing with WWE.
Amidst promoting her new memoir, ‘Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Girl,’ Lynch reminisced about the early stages of her career. She acknowledged that there was a moment where she seriously considered TNA Wrestling as her potential career path instead of WWE.
Reacting to Lynch’s revelation, TNA Wrestling took to social media, sharing a clip from her interview where she praised the promotion’s treatment of women, particularly highlighting their Knockouts division.
Accompanying the clip was a caption quoting Lynch: “My goal was maybe I can get into TNA because the way that they were treating women there was so much better.”
Meanwhile, in other news related to MMA Hour, Ariel Helwani announced an upcoming major WWE interview scheduled for Monday, April 1. CM Punk, in his first live extended interview since rejoining WWE and departing AEW, will be featured on the show.
Helwani assured fans that the interview would be uncensored, promising, “no restrictions, nothing off limits, no holds barred, nothing is taboo.”
As for Lynch, her focus remains on her upcoming match against Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40 next weekend.
