Criticism Unleashed: Wrestling Legend Voices Concerns About Ex-AEW World Champion MJF
Wrestling icon and promoter Greg Gagne has voiced his critique of former AEW World Champion MJF’s promotional skills.
At AEW Worlds End, Samoa Joe triumphed over MJF in the main event, securing the AEW World Championship and concluding MJF’s 406-day reign as the titleholder.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman, heralded as one of AEW’s standout talents, has garnered acclaim for his in-ring prowess and microphone skills. However, during the inaugural episode of Magnum TA and Greg Gagne’s YouTube show, Gagne offered some constructive criticism of MJF’s promo abilities, stating:
“At times, he goes a bit too far. It’s unnecessary. He already possesses the personality, the heat, and everything required. The crude remarks and insults are uncalled for.”
“He truly doesn’t need that. His in-ring skills are exceptional, capable of narrating a compelling story. If he could refine his interview style, akin to Samoa Joe’s, without resorting to explicit language, he has the potential to become a superstar.”
