Former WWE talent Mike Rallis, better known by his ring name Riddick Moss, recently reminisced about a clandestine training session with the iconic Bryan Danielson during his retirement.

Rallis, who rose to prominence in WWE’s developmental system NXT before his main roster debut in 2020, spent considerable time honing his skills at the WWE Performance Center. Among the many luminaries he encountered there, one stood out in secrecy.

During an engaging virtual signing event with East Coast Autograph Auctions, Rallis hinted at the possibility of a mixed tag team match involving himself and Tenille Dashwood against Bryan and Brie Danielson.

Reflecting on his covert training sessions with the erstwhile Daniel Bryan at the Performance Center, Rallis revealed:

“When [Bryan Danielson] had officially retired, I was summoned to the Performance Center for a highly confidential mission—to spar with him in the ring during off-hours when nobody else was around.”

“The secrecy was paramount. I must admit, his prowess exceeded all expectations. Witnessing his mastery firsthand was awe-inspiring. His movements were fluid, his technique flawless.”

“Every maneuver executed with precision. It was truly a privilege to train alongside him, and perhaps I can take partial credit for his triumphant return.”

Unfortunately, WWE parted ways with Rallis, formerly known as Riddick Moss, during their recent round of budget cuts following the TKO merger in September 2023.

Meanwhile, Bryan Danielson, who retired in 2016, has staged an extraordinary comeback. He clinched the WWE Championship in 2018, bid adieu to WWE in 2021, and currently plies his trade with AEW, leaving an indelible mark on the wrestling world.
