WWE Release: Top Dolla Opens Up About Departure
An unnamed WWE superstar has spoken out about his resignation from WWE as a way to refute the prevalent theories.
After a guest appearance at the TNA’s Hard to Kill pay-per-view on 13 January Former Hit Row member AJ Francis (fka Top Dolla) is taking advantage of what could offer a bounty of possibilities beyond WWE’s boundaries.
In posting his January schedule on his Twitter account, Francis compared his current possibilities to those he experienced when he was in WWE and appeared to be more satisfied today than he did when employed by WWE.
Francis tweeted:
My schedule is more full than I was when I joined that 3 Letter Company in the skies…
I’m also doing more promotions and making a lot of noise also… My name is everywhere.
It’s almost as if… It’s almost like I didn’t cause at fault.
As Francis mentions in his blog post, the reports of backstage rage in Francis’s time at WWE have led to many followers online concluding and accusing Francis over the release date of September 2023.
Yet, despite the rumours appearing online, it looks like the former NFL star has no problems obtaining employment as a freelancer.
In Francis’s posting, he appears in the process of working in conjunction with TNA and will make a return appearance scheduled for TNA’s Jan 19-20, and January 20 in Orlando.
In addition, Francis will continue his unexpected return to GCW on December 19th with a performance at the GCW’s Look at Me event on Jan. 26. A show which will also include another fellow WWE alumni Mansoor.
Francis isn’t the only ex- WWE name rumored to be set for an upcoming role in TNA and another newly former WWE star was confirmed to be officially signed by TNA.
