WWE’s Bronson Reed and Jeff Cobb: Powerhouses Reign as Wrestling’s Strongest Duo
WWE superstar Bronson Reed has commended NJPW’s Jeff Cobb, a member of the United Empire, as “the most powerful individual in wrestling.”
Bronson Reed made a comeback to WWE in the autumn of 2022, following his notable presence in New Japan Pro Wrestling before the return.
Previously known as JONAH, Reed left a significant mark in NJPW, securing a victory over the former 7-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, Kazuchika Okada.
Among the notable opponents Reed encountered in NJPW was Jeff Cobb, a current member of the United Empire.
On January 20, Cobb shared a video on social media showcasing highlights from his match against Bronson Reed on the independent wrestling scene, proposing a potential rematch with the caption: “Shall we run this back soon? @BRONSONISHERE.”
In response, Reed retweeted the post, expressing his enthusiasm with the caption:
“Yes Jeffery!!! Side note, @RealJeffCobb is undeniably the strongest individual in wrestling.”
Jeff Cobb is set to join forces with United Empire members Will Ospreay, HENARE, Francesco Akira, and TJP to take on the Bullet Club War Dogs in a 5-on-5 Steel Cage match on February 11 at NJPW New Beginning in Osaka.
