Jey Uso Weighs in on Potential WrestleMania 40 Showdown: The Rock vs. Roman Reigns

The prospect of a colossal showdown between wrestling icons The Rock and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 has fueled intense discussions, and WWE star Jey Uso recently shared his thoughts on the matter.

The excitement began when The Rock returned on the January 1 edition of WWE Raw, hinting at a clash with the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns.

Amidst speculation about whether WrestleMania 40 should feature The Rock vs. Roman Reigns or if the spotlight should be on Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso provided his perspective in an interview with Sony Sports Network. He expressed, “My reaction to The Rock wanting to be the Head of the Table? Money.

That’s one match I think we all wanna watch.” As a fan eagerly anticipating the match, Jey Uso acknowledged his excitement but offered a word of caution, stating, “I just don’t think The Rock knows what he’s getting into when it comes to The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.” Emphasizing the strong support from The Bloodline, he added, “He’s got The Bloodline behind him. Rock has a big uphill battle, man. But yeah, we’re ready to see that.”

Interestingly, The Rock has been absent from WWE programming since his appearance on the “Day One” episode of Raw.

Meanwhile, Roman Reigns is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal Four Way match against Randy Orton, LA Knight, and AJ Styles on Saturday, January 27, at the Royal Rumble.
