Reviving SmackDown: Johnny Gargano’s Epic WWE Comeback

On the latest edition of SmackDown, which aired on February 9th, Johnny Gargano took a moment to reflect on DIY’s recent loss to Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate.

In a match to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship, Gargano and Ciampa faced off against Dunne and Bate. Despite their best efforts, Dunne and Bate emerged victorious, earning themselves a shot at the tag titles at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event.

Gargano, showing sportsmanship, extended his well wishes to the British duo on Twitter ahead of their title opportunity. He acknowledged their skill and wished them luck, hinting at a possible comeback for DIY in the future.

Although DIY didn’t achieve their goal this time, Gargano remained optimistic, emphasizing that setbacks are just part of the journey and that a comeback is always possible.

Meanwhile, in another match with Elimination Chamber implications, Sami Zayn faced Randy Orton in a qualifier but fell short of victory.

We didn’t get the job done.. but we have nothing but respect for Pete and Tyler. They were the better team tonight. Wish them all the luck in the world heading to Elimination Chamber.
