AEW Star Injured Over Year Kyle Oreilly Possible Return Date

Kyle O’Reilly has hinted at a potential return from his injury in a recent social media post promoting an upcoming AEW tour. The wrestler has been sidelined since June 2022 after undergoing neck fusion surgery in September of the same year.

Recent reports have mentioned O’Reilly’s presence backstage at AEW events, sparking speculation among fans that he could be involved in the ongoing MJF storyline as one of the masked attackers. However, this remains purely speculative at this point.

Following complications from his surgery, O’Reilly has been diligently working with a strength and conditioning specialist to regain his fitness. In a recent Instagram Stories post advertising the AEW Canada Tour 2024, set to kick off on March 16 in Ottawa, O’Reilly included his own caption:

“I might be a wrestler again by this time.”

The post was accompanied by a fingers-crossed emoji. Notably, the AEW tour will reach Vancouver, O’Reilly’s hometown, on May 11, 2024, for Collision.
