Alex Kane’s Dream Match: Current World Champion Anticipates Showdown with Shelton Benjamin

Present MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Kane says former WWE star Shelton Benjamin is their dream match.

On the 21st of December, Shelton Benjamin became a free agent after the expiration of his non-compete period for 90 days following the WWE released in September last year.

While stars like Mustafa Ali, Dolph Ziggler and Matt Riddle have let their future plans be public, Benjamin remains a mystery as to where he’ll be the following day.

Talking to Muscle Man Malcolm, MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Kane was asked about the possibility of a fight with Shelton Benjamin. He responded:

“Look, Shelton Benjamin, You are the one to beat me. Shelton Benjamin is the one to beat, by definition.”

“I often tell everyone often, anyone who will would like to know what’s my dream match? Shelton Benjamin, you are my dream match. I’ll give you large gold down for you, baby.”

A different WWE Free Agent who is gaining attention includes AJ Francis, formerly known as Top Dolla of Hit Row. If asked about a possible confrontation against Francis, Kane said:

“Me along with AJ Francis, we’re boys. I am a fan of him. He’s cool.”

“I believe a fight or a game, the story of him could help me step up in a variety of ways. You can take advantage of this opportunity as well.”

Alex Kane is set to defend the MLW World Heavyweight Championship in a fight against Satoshi Kojima on MLW Super fight.
