In the latest episode of “WWE Raw,” Seth Rollins and CM Punk engaged in a verbal sparring match. Within this intense promotional exchange, Rollins labeled Punk as a tyrant, while Punk announced his participation in the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match, hinting at his eagerness to claim the title from Rollins.

Bully Ray, a distinguished figure in the WWE Hall of Fame, shared his insights on the intense exchange during the recent “Busted Open Radio” show. According to Ray, Rollins emerged victorious in the verbal joust and proceeded to elaborate on his perspective.

Ray expressed, “Punk blinked four times. Now, you might be wondering, what’s the significance of those four blinks? There’s an old adage about blinking – the one who blinks the fastest is destined to lose. Seth, however, maintained wide-eyed composure throughout. His unbroken gaze conveyed a message – ‘You, I intend to scrutinize through your eyes. Unable to confront you directly, I’ll focus on your eyes, aiming for your heart.'”

Continuing his analysis, Ray emphasized the importance of a specific statement made by Rollins. “Remember the ‘out-wrestle’ line,” he urged co-host David LaGreca. “Seth’s strategy against CM Punk will involve out-wrestling him, attempting to overpower, exhaust, stretch, and unveil his vulnerabilities.”

Ray clarified multiple times that his assessment was devoid of personal bias and asserted that he wasn’t acting as a fanboy. Nevertheless, he contended that, in his estimation, the overall clash between Rollins and Punk tilted slightly in Rollins’ favor, concluding it as a “51 to 49” victory for Rollins.
