A prominent figure in WWE recently bid farewell to the company, only to join the ranks of All Elite Wrestling shortly after her departure.

Jennifer Pepperman, a seasoned writer and producer with nearly seven years of experience at WWE, parted ways with the organization last week. However, her transition to a new venture has been swift, with reports from Sports Illustrated confirming her recruitment by All Elite Wrestling.

Pepperman’s role at AEW will see her taking on the position of Vice President of Content Development. Collaborating closely with Tony Khan, the head of creative at AEW, Pepperman will play a pivotal role in shaping the content for the promotion’s live programming.

With an impressive track record including three Daytime Emmy Awards under her belt, Pepperman was one of WWE’s most tenured female creative team members prior to her departure.

Interestingly, Pepperman’s hiring isn’t the sole backstage acquisition for AEW in recent times. The company also announced the return of QT Marshall as an executive vice president.

While the exact commencement date of Pepperman’s tenure at AEW remains undisclosed, her addition marks another significant move for the promotion’s backstage team.
